How can I pay?

At CELITA Clinic, you can pay by card, cash or bank transfer.

Payment is made after the consultation and before treatment. A visit proceeds in this order: reception, face cleansing, AI skin analysis, consultation, payment, treatment, and receiving an aftercare card.

For questions about your specific situation, such as using a card issued abroad or how to make a bank transfer, it is a good idea to ask in advance through your booking channel.

When will I know the cost?

The exact cost, including VAT, is given at consultation.

Costs vary with the treatment area, amount and number of sessions, so they are given after the treatment plan is set through the AI skin analysis and the Director's assessment. The number of lifting shots is decided by considering skin firmness, the size of the area and the expected results together with objective data such as AI measurements.

At consultation, the treatment, cost and recovery period are all explained, so you can decide whether to proceed after hearing the explanation.

How do I change or cancel a booking?

If you let us know through your booking channel at least 3 days in advance, you can change it without any penalty.

If your travel plans change and you cannot make it, let us know as soon as possible through the messaging app or phone you used to book.

If you need to change on the same day, tell us the reason and the times you are available, and the clinic will try to adjust.

What happens if I do not show up without notice?

A same-day cancellation without notice or a no-show may restrict rebooking for the next 12 months.

Consultation and treatment time is prepared around your booking, so not showing up without notice also affects other visitors' bookings. If something unexpected happens, such as a flight delay, let us know as soon as you are able to.

FAQ

Can I change my treatment after the consultation?

You can reconsider the treatment you want after seeing your assessment results at consultation. If the treatment changes, the time needed may change too, so leave some room in your schedule that day.

Which channel do I use to change or cancel?

Use the channel you booked with. WhatsApp is available for English, LINE for Japanese and Traditional Chinese, WeChat for Simplified Chinese, and the KakaoTalk channel and phone (051-928-0409) for Korean.

Can I book on a public holiday?

Whether the clinic is open on a public holiday needs to be checked for each date, so it is a good idea to ask through a booking channel. Regular hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
