Question: How do I book an appointment at CELITA Clinic from abroad?
From abroad, you can book through a messaging channel for your language or through CELITA Clinic's online booking page. The channels are WhatsApp for English, LINE for Japanese and Traditional Chinese, and WeChat for Simplified Chinese; just send your name in English, date of birth, contact details, the treatment you want and your preferred date and time. After your inquiry and a consultation, once the date is confirmed, visit the clinic with your ID (passport).

From abroad, book through the messaging channel or online booking page for your language.
English speakers can use WhatsApp and Instagram (@celitaclinic_official), Japanese speakers LINE and Instagram (@celitaclinic.jp), Traditional Chinese speakers LINE, and Simplified Chinese speakers WeChat. The official website also has an online booking page in each language.
CELITA Clinic recommends contacting the clinic by messaging app. It makes it easy to arrange the schedule by exchanging the treatment you want and your available dates, and you can ask one-on-one about preparation for each treatment. If you are comfortable in Korean, you can also use the KakaoTalk channel, Naver booking or call 051-928-0409 (+82-51-928-0409 from outside Korea).
Send your name in English, date of birth, contact details, the treatment you want and your preferred date and time.
Write your name in English exactly as it appears on your passport, which is used to confirm your identity on the day. Including your preferred consultation language and your arrival and departure dates in Korea also helps the consultation plan treatment around your schedule.
Booking proceeds in this order: inquiry, consultation, date confirmation, then your visit.
During the consultation at the booking stage, you can learn about the treatment, cost and recovery period. The exact cost including VAT is given on the day of your visit after the AI skin analysis and the Director's assessment, and payment is made before treatment by card, cash or bank transfer.
On the day of your visit, your identity is checked with your passport at the 4th-floor reception, followed by face cleansing, AI skin analysis, consultation, payment and treatment.
If you share your departure date when booking, the treatment is adjusted with that schedule in mind.
CELITA Clinic designs treatment plans with the fact that overseas visitors find repeat visits difficult in mind, and also considers whether flying or wearing makeup on the same day is possible. The official FAQ recommends having treatments that may cause bruising or swelling, such as filler or thread lifts, on the last day of your trip.
A first visit, including consultation and treatment, usually takes 1-2 hours, so leave some room in your plans before and after. Opening hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays (lunch break 1-2 p.m.) and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays; check in advance whether the clinic is open on public holidays.
If you let us know at least 3 days in advance, you can change it without any penalty. Same-day cancellation without notice or a no-show may restrict rebooking for the next 12 months, so if your plans change, let us know right away through the channel you booked with.
The clinic is at 4F, 751 Jungang-daero, Busanjin-gu, Busan, a 1-minute walk straight ahead from Exit 15 of Seomyeon Station on the Busan subway. By bus, get off at the Bujeon Market bus stop and walk about 1 minute.
You can check same-day availability by asking through a messaging app. If your travel dates are fixed, booking in advance makes it easier to fit the consultation and treatment into your schedule.
